Cash refunds are only accepted within the first 5 days of purchase, with the item(s) in its original state with tags attached and/ or unopened packaging. After 5 days there will be a store credit refund with items in original state with tags attached. Exchanges & store credit refunds are based  upon approval by email on a case by case basis, which is subject to change or not be honored for any reason, by the discretion of staff or owner(s). This condition only applies to clothing, sandals/ heels, & waist beads. Due to the nature of the items we sell, And sanitary/ safety concerns due to COVID-19 we will not accept Jewelry, Crystals, and all other items for exchange or refund.

* Return address & contact information can be found in the contact us, section of the site. Return shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 and will be paid by the customer's expense. There is no restocking fee. Please note: refund and exchange policies are subject to change with out notice. please refer back to written / refund policy pages for changes and or updates.

If you are shipping back an item/(s) over $75 ( clothing, sandals/heels, & waist beads ) for a cash or store credit refund, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to ensure the item is received at our facility. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if tracking and insurance is not available.
