Exchanges are happily accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. Condition applies only to some clothing and shoes, which are subject to change without notice or warning. Customers will then be able to swap the item for an item of equal or greater value upon approval of exchange.

* In order to receive an exchange, clothing MUST be in original packaging and condition (tags attached). If items are worn or washed upon receiving them at our facility, the exchange will not be honored and item will be returned to you.

Due to health precautions and company policies, no refunds or exchanges are accepted on jewelry due to potential bodily fluid transfer.

* Custom orders like waist beads and resizing of bracelets will be accepted for adjustments, solely for resizing purposes only.
